If you're looking for an active vacation that is still sprinkled with a hint of romance, it's your best option in Negril. The suites are in 26 two-story tropical villas—each with a private verandah overlooking the sea or a lush garden area—spread out along a 0.5-mi (0.75-km) stretch of gorgeous beach. Across the road lies one of Jamaica's best sports complexes, with classes and high-end equipment and instruction.

With 10 acres of breathtaking white sand beaches, a bounty of tropical gardens and an ambiance drenched in romance and escape, Couples Swept Away redefines your idea of paradise. In an idyllic setting that is as invigorating as it is inviting, you’ll uncover the tranquility of an intimate, all-inclusive hideaway. The resorts 140 spacious Verandah Suites are scattered along Couples’ most private beach in Negril. The resort offers everything you need to unwind, from yoga lessons to fine dining.

However you choose to spend your time at Couples Swept Away, you’ll discover unlimited opportunities to wrap yourself in its radiance. Couples Swept Away’s sparkling sports and fitness complex includes a fully equipped gym with Cybex fitness equipment, an aerobics room with a flexible floor, a 25-meter lap pool and an outdoor jogging track.

This resort has state of the art Spinning bikes.  Group fitness pros may book without a cycle certification but cycle pros must be certified as group fitness instructors and qualified to teach mutliple group fitness formats.   Yoga position can offer pilates but yoga is the primary focus.

For couples and singles 18 years and over.  Administrative fee covers 2 adults.

Resort hosts 3 working vacation positions, group fitness ,yoga and tennis per week.

If you teach Cardio tennis it will be substituted into the schedule.

Gift Fund Options

The gift fund was created by Fit Bodies, Inc. at its inception as a gesture of kindness toward the resorts hosting each pro. These resorts, no matter how large and how prestigious, do not have a budget for certain items they desire and require for the day to day operations in the entertainment and fitness departments

This resort requires $150 per week to be paid into the gift fund by the fitness pros and tennis pros.  Tennis pros will also bring one case of unopened tennis balls.

Transfer Information

Transfers are included – arrive at the Montego Bay airport and report to the Couples desk. Present them with the check-in voucher we provided and you will be escorted to the air-conditioned van for transfer to Negril.

let’s talk fitness facility.  This place has a 10 acre fitness arena separate from the rooms, beach and relaxation pools.  There is an Olympic size lap pool, basketball, tennis, soccer, par course and of course the fitness center and aerobic room filled with everything you need for a fitness holiday.  I love the Lemon Grass restaurant and the amazing view of the sunset.
