hello, Just returned from a week at Breezes
Bahamas. I had a great time and teaching was a lot of fun too.

I went on this vacation for spring break with my
mom, and had a great time. They have lots of activities to do, and you only have
to teach once a day! I would definitely go again, and had a great time!

...About the resort.....HOLY COW! It was awesome!
The food was great...with 6 choices, we had great variety. Japanese was fun and
got to meet people, FRench was foo-foo-but nice so make sure for those to make
reservations as soon as you get there. The b-fast and lunch buffets were good
and although you had the usuals each time, they managed to throw in some new
dishes each day. The entertainment was great too, from trivial pursuit and name
that tune at lunch time to evening dancing and singing.
The best of all were the people! These Jamaicans are there to please. No doubt
they are prized jobs on the island, everyone we met seemed to go out of their
way to make your stay perfect and they all seemed so genuine about it. O'Neill
in water-sports taught me to windsurf, Colleen in the spa gave an awesome
pedicure after I got sea urchin stuck in my toe and gave my husband an
incredible massage by the sea.
I would definatley recommend this resort for a traveling vacation or a paying
one!!!!!

The resort is gorgeous. The employees were all
cheerful and helpful. My contact at the resort, Fabien, the resident trainer and
instructor, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great and spacious -
overlooking the ocean and main pool with no issues whatsoever. The food was very
good, better than we expected from an all-inclusive. The weather was hot of
course in July but sunny with no rain except the day we left. The beach is quite
small but we never felt cramped or crowded.

My Hedo week was incredible. The resort was totally beautiful and I was able to
give my husband a real, true vacation that did not entail kids, family
obligations or meetings. This was something we would not have been able to have
on our own w/o the Fitbodies opportunity. The entire entertainment crew knew my
name and assisted in everyway. I was even able to do my striptease class. Even
though, I got a little sick, I will book 2 weeks next year. Thanks again for the
opportunity.
